Shipping: I will mail your art panel in a sturdy cardboard record mailer. Priority Mail service through U.S. Postal Service is included in cost. I will try to mail the day after an order is received. The exception will be Saturday orders will ship on Monday instead.
Paypal: Yes, at this time, you will need a Paypal account to checkout. This is the same system that supports Ebay purchases and many other online merchants. I use this third-party interface to make our transaction simple and secure. If you already have a Paypal account you already know how smooth it is to use. If you really can't use Paypal, I will consider accepting your check or money order, please send me an email and we can make arrangements.
Satisfaction: If your order is damaged in shipment, please email me. If the panel you received isn't what you expected, let me know and you can exchange it or get a refund. We can work something out to your satisfaction.
